Close to Wallo Halwai we found this old gentleman frying pakoras. He was out of the batter. He mixed up few ingredients in front of us made the batter just for us as he was going to close for the day. He was so kind and the pakoras were out of this world tasty, maybe because we were having such a good time talking to the people on the street or the the fact that he was using wood chips to fire his oven. Either way this guy made our day. Bless You Baba Ji.
